Holistic support for people whose life reality requires more than standard solutions.
The "ASAP Power – Holistic Care" program, pursuant to Section 16k of the German Social Code (SGB II), is aimed at individuals with special needs—particularly those with an international background who often face additional structural hurdles. Of course, the program is also open to individuals without a migration background who face similar challenges.
The coaching follows a holistic, culturally sensitive approach to stabilizing and improving employability. Content and focus are flexibly adapted to the individual's life situation and dynamically developed over time.

Contents of holistic support
The focus is on life situations in which employability is impaired by social, health, or structural stress. Typical topics include difficulties in dealing with authorities, unstable housing conditions, limited communication options, or family stress.
1
Stabilization of the living situation
Systematic support in developing and maintaining employability. The goal is to strengthen the individual's life situation as a basis for professional and social participation.
2
Dealing with authorities and bureaucracy
Assistance with applications, forms, and administrative procedures – even with language barriers. Support in communicating with government offices, job centers, landlords, or other agencies to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary disadvantages.
3
Housing security and everyday structure
Support in the apartment search through a structured, multi-stage housing coaching concept. Different approaches are pursued in parallel – including targeted targeting of the protected market segment (GMS). Additional support with existing tenancies, e.g., in the event of conflicts with property management companies, notification of defects, or the threat of eviction. In addition, we develop digital routines and tools for better organization of appointments, deadlines, and daily correspondence.
4
Orientation and career prospects
Clarifying individual opportunities in the training and labor market. Providing basic information on recognition procedures, qualification opportunities, and realistic career development paths – especially for individuals with international backgrounds who are often confronted with complex structures and conflicting information.
Each consultation follows an individual plan
The above content provides a possible framework—however, specific priorities, approaches, and objectives are determined individually. In a non-binding initial consultation, we can jointly clarify which approaches are appropriate in each case and how they can be implemented.
