Introduction
We collect your personal and professional data to understand your current situation in detail. We then explain the methods and processes and create an individual activation portfolio for you.

Recognition of foreign qualifications
We will introduce you to the recognition system and explain the processes and the required documents. You will receive instructions on how to correctly compile the documents and an overview of important contact points.

Social counseling
We help you to develop strategies to deal with problems and encourage your self-motivation. We offer practical life advice and support you with issues such as finding accommodation, daycare issues and official questions.

Personality portrait and a competency analysis
We carry out a skills analysis and evaluate it. We help you to assess and reflect on your own skills. We also work together to build a network and develop strategic steps for your professional positioning.

Orientation on the education and labour market
We give you comprehensive insights into the job market, current industry trends and the opportunities and risks of various working time models. You will receive information on funding opportunities and qualification grants as well as instructions on actively looking for a job and adapting to professional flexibility requirements.

Preparation of application documents
We help you to develop a professional CV, integrate meaningful references and create a detailed qualification profile. We also support you in creating a targeted cover letter and designing a uniform layout for your application portfolio.

We will show you how to use digital marketing opportunities effectively and create a competitive profile. We will also help you understand the changes in the job market and adapt accordingly.

Continuous reinforcement
We track your goals and help you put them into practice in real-world situations. This ongoing support includes regular reviews of your progress, adjusting strategies and providing feedback to ensure you stay on track and effectively achieve your goals.

Individual action plan
We support you in developing and implementing career alternatives. We develop approaches to highlight your intercultural skills. In addition, we offer comprehensive communication training for job interviews that will help you to present yourself confidently and convincingly. We practice various conversation situations with you, give you feedback and tips, and prepare you optimally for possible questions and challenges.

Scope & Form
Our individual coaching comprises a total of 100 teaching units (UE) and is carried out over 2 to 4 days per week over a period of 6 to 12 weeks.
The scope can be flexibly adapted to your individual needs and to the funding options of the funding provider.
The training takes place in person on site in our training rooms.

Goals
The objective of the coaching is to introduce you to the education and job market. We provide you with comprehensive support when you enter or re-enter working life. Another focus is on identifying, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 1 SGB III. Together we identify possible obstacles and work specifically to overcome them.

Costs
The costs of the individual coaching are fully covered by an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from the Arbeitsamt or the Jobcenter, so there are no costs for you personally.
The prerequisite is that you are currently receiving benefits from the Arbeitsamt or the Jobcenter. If you do not yet have an AVGS voucher, we will be happy to help you apply for one.
